If the received item(s) has a manufacturing defect or wrong specification, you can contact us to proceed return and exchange procedure.
We may require you to provide additional information or supporting documents prior to processing any refund/exchange, including picture/video proof and physical receipts.
Upon approval, the item should be returned to us within 10 days from the delivery date. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
The item should be returned along with all accessories (if any) and the packaging must be in its original purchase condition (unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner).
