Chemicals and Solutions
To mop the floor, avoid using multi-surface cleaners, bleaches, detergents, or strong abrasive cleaners (such as organic solvents, ammonium, or alcohol detergents). However, to avoid darkening the tiles, avoid mopping the floor too frequently. Excessive mopping of your SPC floor weakens the adhesive by allowing water to seep into the center. However, you should avoid being overwhelmed by too much water while mopping. Water that seeps through the joints and edges will also encourage mold growth.
