How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, log in and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterward by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products. 

What payment methods can I use?

You can use all the major credit cards.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. 

How can I change the delivery address?

Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. Additional fees might occur if your order has any special requirements such as extra handling. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at admin@primelay.com.my. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

What is the product’s transaction currency?

All product transaction currency will be done in MYR.

How long does the delivery usually take?

Delivery usually will take about a minimum of 3 working days to 14 working days maximum.
